Never realized Enra was that tall. Setsuna's supposed to be 175cm (about 5'7"). Enra's traditional outfit reminds of how I drew casual Tamaki wearing a miko outfit.

Very nice job with Super Idol Jun-chan! You got her flat chest and everything!
Eh, it's all right about the bow. It's supposed to be a simple tied boot lace. The drawings I made of Hinata, Hikari, and Nagisa definitely show off what I wanted the boots/laces to look like.

As for Aime, I mixed her up with Mariko because of similiar hairstyles and hair colour. And it looks like she is holding a CD case (a DVD case is bigger).

upload that, I'll also re-upload the Aime/Jun and your updated request with the brightness toned down so you can see it better. :3

I see what you mean about the DVD case. The shorter side is supposed to be the one facing the "audience", since it's being held vertically, so that might be part of it. ^^"

That's good to hear. ^^" When I made that comment, I was referring more to her face, and the arch of the eyebrow looking more like a "Why are you looking at me, huh?! HUH?!" face than a "...Who are you, leave me alone," face. But I'm glad the posture balances that out at least a little bit.

Megumi/Byakura will be coming today! I finished this one in literally under twenty-four hours and I still think it's one of the best things I've ever done.

Megumi, the girl on the right, is property of ZetaFlare and I claim zero credit for any of her design.

I LOVE this one. I think it turned out fantastic.
I totally didn't intend for them to turn out so big or so close to one another. I just drew, and this happened. You can imagine they're in a crowded spot and ended up shoved close to one another, but they're both too shy to do anything about it so they just stand there like ";-;".
I love the way their faces turned out. The only thing I tweaked about my Byakura was the bottom of her sweater. I think she looks eight billion times better than the first time I drew her, personally. What do you guys think? Are these new things an improvement, worse, no change...?

Megumi was so fun to draw. Because of her D-Cup Distress, I opted to cross her arms OVER her bust instead of under, as if she's trying to hide it. That's in-character, right?
As a note, her body is designed to be front-facing, but her head is turned.
I thank Zeta for permission to do this because this is a blast. Did I do well with Megumi? I sure hope so. She's such a pretty girl.

I might go in and try to turn up the brightness later on, but for now, time to finish school and work on more new stuff.

As an update, up next will be Uane/Kagura! I look forward to re-drawing Uane because I was very displeased with her sketch in particular, and it'll be cool to draw Kagura too, since I quite like her character design. After that I'll probably work to finish Nami/Tamaki. The only reason I've halted work on that one is because I can't seem to draw Nami's face in a way I'll be satisfied, but Tamaki looks great. This always happens to me. I don't know which girls I'll do next, so you guys can pop in a suggestion.

And now Carried Away Grace strikes again, so here's a quick list of who I still need to work on:

Uane/Kagura (for their all-business, no-nonsense approach to singing and desire to impress their families with their talent) *
Koko/Hinata (for being moe lolis for their bubbly and hyperactive personalities)
Chiharu/Nagisa (because Nagisa is half-Brazillian and Chiharu is totally into South American/African cultures)
Ruka/Emi (because lolis for their silly nicknames and because they're the token lolis)
Yori/Hotaru (for being lazy deadbeats with natural talent)
Nami/Tamaki (because Jupiter) **
Fuyu/Himeko ( because they both come from someplace overseas)
Hiromi/Kaori (because they're the sex appeal because of their rather scatterbrained or ditzy personalities)
Benima/Nozomi (for being rather harsh in their approaches to idoldom and taking the whole thing very seriously. also because I wanted an excuse to draw Benima again)

As for those...one day, I might. For now, it's no longer a top priority. My interests have changed a lot since I joined this site, so I'm no longer motivated to do the same things.

Yup, that's her. I've actually had requests to draw her with her hair out of her eyes before, so maybe I'll draw that as an extra thing. If you're REALLY lucky, I might even ink it.
I'm REALLY glad you guys think so, because I think so. My skills have improved VASTLY since I first started this thread. It's kinda fun for me to look back on old things I did and realize I've grown as an artist. I'm sure every artist on this forum knows exactly what I'm talking about.

The way Megumi seems to be covering her breasts makes her almost look flatter than she really is. But now that I think about it, they really look like they're getting pressed together. Still, I like it!

Is Byakura really that short or is she supposed to be hunched over? Never expected Megumi to be that tall compared to her.

I tried making the pose myself and I'm like a C so close enough to see how the body reacted to the way the arms are positioned, and this seemed to be the best way to portray that. XD Glad to hear I didn't screw it up so badly that you can't tell. :3

Yup, Byakura is that short. She's ALSO a little bent over, but she's among the shortest of my cast (148cm; the same height as Aime). From what I heard from you, Megumi is of average height, right?

The cast is meant to be pretty even in terms of "main-character". If it did have a poster girl, I think it would be Aime, since she's essentially the Haruka of the group, but I've always intended for them to be pretty even.

I might want to add Kenchi and Kenji holy crap their names rhyme yes to the list, just because I really want to draw Kenchi and Kenji is like Super Producer and I kinda love him and I need more practice drawing dudes anyways. That cool with you, Zeta?

Now... if you allow me to give some tips: For coloring, try using the color pencil in a constant circular movement. And don't use force. If you want a lighter color, press less than normal. If you want darker, just keep using without forcing. Because with that, you can apply gradient with other color.

Oh, of course, I'm always open to tips on how to improve! Especially in terms of shading and coloring.
Lately I've been trying to use the pencil all in the same direction instead of just scribbling everywhere, but I've never tried circular movements, and I definitely press pretty hard. Thanks for the tip! I'll keep that in mind for the rest of the stuff I do.
