(another game begins with Ami as Sonic, Mami as Kirby, and Makochi as Captain Falcon)
French Narrator: Ten seconds later...
(cue a shot of the TV screen)
C. Falcon: FALCON PUUUUNCH!
(Kirby and Sonic are both sent flying off the side in a double KO)

This is an iM@S Original Character I had made art for. Her name is Maki Sakuraba.



The reason she looks so evil and demonic is because this particular design is for a potential fanstory about a film starring 765Pro at a fighting tournament arranged by a demonic queen who wishes to eliminate human life, which is where Maki comes in. Decided that this picture looked WAY too badass to not share!

Maki is awesome. 'Nuff said.

I actually wrote a fan-fic crossing over iM@S with Tekken and somehow everyone died and it was so intense and I actually kinda like it but everyone DIED except Makoto who just got SERIOUSLY!! emotionally traumatized and wanted to die anyways and I'll shut up now. .-."

Here's a cute little project I'm doing. The 20 girls of 765Pro aged two years later. Yes, I say 20 because I am counting the seven girls from Million Live as this is two years after the events of the movie and I think its a good time to include them with the others. So, here you go.

Chihaya (Age 18) and Makoto (Age 19):


Chihaya: The main differences between her current self and her aged self are the eyes, which have more of a Tsurime-style, she's taller, her chest got SLIGHTLY bigger (*GASP!!!*), and she's wearing an armband that says "如月 優" which translates to "Yuu Kisaragi" in honor of her little brother, whose death she has gotten over but still honors his life to this day.

Makoto: Many a difference here. She has a larger chest, got taller, and while not noticeable with the ponytail, Makoto has grown out her hair to much longer than it was in 2nd Vision, but still wouldn't look out of place on a man. Just to keep it consistent for you, Grace.

Shiho (Age 16) and Nao (Age 19):


Shiho: Nothing much here except for taller, slightly longer hair, bigger chest, not much here. Mainly because she's my other baby and she's fine enough!

Nao: Similar thing with Nao. Also, WHAT IS WITH NAMCO BANDAI AND THEIR OBSESSION WITH THE NAME NAO!? EVERY iDOLM@STER sub-series has somebody named Nao! The main series has Miki's sister, Nao, Cinderella Girls has Nao Kamiya, Million Live and the Movie has Nao Yokoyama as pictured above, and I heard SideM has a Nao! Jesus Christ, Nao is more of an overused name than Steve!

Iori (Age 17) and Serika (Age 15):


Iori: My, puberty has been kind to the princess! She certainly has more of a mature, less loli type body now that she has grown up! Also, Charles has a suit now. Because why not!

Serika: Nothing much except for taller, bigger chest, wider hips, and shorter hair that doesn't reach all the way to her rear. Also, Junior isn't dead, I just can't draw dogs!

Give your thoughts on these designs.

You would not BELIEVE the number of Codys I know/know of. I swear, that name is everywhere!

This is a great idea! I like Iori age 17. Seeing the idols change with the passage of time is fascinating. It's too bad that, officially, we've only seen this once, which was the transition from first vision to second vision.

A little off topic, but I think that the Funky Note/Rhythmic Record anime would have been the perfect exit for Charles. I'd still have Iori finding the lost rabbit, but I'd change the story so at the very end she decides not to carry him around anymore. After all, Iori would look a little odd if she carried Charles around with her for the rest of her life.

I was playing Mario Kart Wii in anticipation for 8 coming out this Friday and I notice that in every game they're in, (besides Smash Bros.) the Mario Princesses have nothing up their skirt. Just a void with legs. Makes me wonder if anything is even under there! That's the inspiration for this little sketch.



Seriously, at least have them wear shorts underneath. It'd be appropriate for the kids while also making anatomical sense! Also, this is the first time I've ever drawn Princess Daisy. Turned out rather well, huh?

I was rather skeptical upon the announcement of Sega's latest project, Sonic Boom, back when the silhouettes of the characters were shown. It seemed that the characters would be going through radical redesigns. Then, the day came when Sega provided a MASSIVE info dump on Sonic Boom with its unveiling as a new cartoon show AND video game for the Sonic franchise. Initial reports said that it would be a reboot of the series and it got me FURIOUS! I couldn't believe that they were actually going for a reboot. Then it was announced that Sonic Boom would be an alternate continuity and that the main Sonic games that left off with Lost World would still be made. I had my sigh of relief and grew to actually like what's shown of Boom so far.  ! The character designs especially have grown on me. Yes, there's a lot of sports tape for no reason and Knuckles is.......SERIOUSLY bulky......but they're rather good redesigns for the characters. Sonic especially has a nice Nathan Drake-esque neck bandana, though the blue arms are still odd to me.  Oh well!

Thanks! This is one of the reasons I want Third Vision to happen already! I wanna see how the girls have grown up.

Also, I do agree with the Charles send-off. The only reason I can see Iori sticking with Charles forever is due to Charles essentially being her first friend, which makes Charles VERY precious to her and hard to let go.

Kana: Taller, slightly bigger bust.

Anna: Taller, leaner, cut her hair to shoulder-length.

I also noticed that NOBODY answered my question from the Million Live Bar Party pic. (Probably due to the massive bombardment of art that day. ) So, I'll ask again: How come the mobile game characters don't get any attention compared to the main cast? Is it that they're too new, too large of a cast, fanon discontinuity, or do you really hate these characters? I'd really like to know.

After Pac-Man's announcement for Smash 4, I decided to draw this in celebration for four of the biggest gaming mascots coming together in one game: Mario, Sonic, Mega Man, and now Pac-Man!



This was pretty much a childhood defining moment for me despite being past those days. Mainly because I grew up playing these four guys' games and to see them all come together at last for one big game just makes me smile so much! I had to do more than sketch it. I had to make this a colored piece to show my respect for these guys. Also, you could say that they hang out at the same bar as the Million Live girls. Ya know, from that drawing of them that took me two-three hours to make.........and yet got zero attention in comparison to a birthday sketch that took me no more than 15 minutes......... I worked hard on that one. Not being petty here, just saying that it got no attention.

Also this marks the final nail in the coffin for Street Fighter X Tekken.

Hey guys, a quick little update. I'm going to be out of the country starting July 4th and I don't know whether I'm staying for a weekend or the entire week. Either way, I will not be updating anything for the fan art thread or the Wrestle for You thread. If I post ANYTHING, it'll probably be because I was lucky enough to get decent wi-fi somewhere. And if things get REALLY bad (they have before), then this means that Azusa's Birthday Pic MAY get delayed. Again, that's only if things get REALLY nasty. Though expect Ritsuko and Ai's pictures to be right on schedule.

Thanks! We all settled that I'm staying the Weekend, so everything is still going according to plan. I don't leave until July 4th. Yes, I'm spending American Independence Day outside of America. Oh, the irony.

Btw, the grown-up designs are for the Million Live girls that appeared in the movie. It's no biggie to get them confused since the cast in both is so damn numerous its easy to lose count. (Though I can name all 50 ML girls, including the original 13, so yeah. I'm a neeeeeerd. )
