Special Kotori's Birthday Edition!!! Yes, even the desk clerk gets one.
Similar to Ritsuko's, this one is more to coincide with multiple events occurring at around this time.
In addition to Kotori Otonashi's birthday, as ZetaFlare mentioned, Kotori Minami from Love Live! has her birthday coming up this week as well, hence her appearance in this sketch. Is this the Week of Kotoris or something?
Today also marks the 15th Anniversary of the Sega Dreamcast in North America, so a big happy birthday from the US to Sega's final home console!
Finally, as Touhou fans can recognize, today, 9/9, is also known as Cirno Day. If you need more info as to why, check out this article from Touhou Wiki for some clarification.
So yeah, happy September 9th! And nine days until MY big day.

Sincerest apologies for this update. Ryo's birthday pic is gonna have to be delayed an entire day. I've had a pretty rough day today and I wasn't able to get it done, so I'll hopefully be better and have it up by tomorrow. Again, I'm sorry if I'm not able to upload upon schedule. :(

I also took to the habit of signing my work now. You'll never know who would be out to steal it and take credit.
Anyway, I'm sorry this couldn't be up on time. Yesterday was a DREADFUL day for me and I just could not draw this. Thankfully, I'm in a MUCH better mood now and I can easily post this no problem.
Hopefully something like this won't happen for Hibiki's birthday sketch.
