-Ai, in story mode, is the first opponent you face as Haruka is training herself and later as the tournament's first opponent. She get defeated and spends the rest of the mode as Haruka's cheerleader alongside Eri.
-Ai has a large focus of melee combat moves at her disposal.
-Her finisher, Planet Crusher!!!, has her stun the opponent and charge up an uppercut that sends the opponent crashing to the moon and back.
-She is a lightweight character who packs a punch. Her offensive strength is high, but her defensive options are sub-par.
-How to unlock: Either defeat her in her second Story Mode battle or Clear Arcade Mode with Haruka.

-Eri, in story mode, appears as an opponent for Miki during the mode. She is defeated and spends the rest of the game as a cheerleader for Haruka alongside Ai.
-Eri's moveset is one big reference to other video games. Primarily, she uses Mishima-style Marshall Arts from the Tekken series.
-Her finisher, Final Smash, has her perform Zangief's Ultra I (Ultimate Atomic Buster) from Super Street Fighter IV as she then goes "Are You OK?" at the end with an adorable wink.
-She is a middleweight character with balanced stats, though she goes down fairly easily due to her hikkikomori status not doing good for her health.
-How to unlock: Either defeat her in Story Mode or Clear Arcade Mode as Miki. Continues can be used.

(For anybody wondering, Ryo DOES appear in this game, however he is unplayable. He appears as a referee in case neither Kotori nor Yayoi are able to referee.)
