Bring me the best of your luck, and your holy mother shall bring to you the greatest victory she will ever participate in!"
- Tomoka is, what I can consider, a blanced version of Ned Flanders in The Simpsons Wrestling. Tomoka uses spiritual powers in her moveset in addition to her pretty decent grappling game. Best used as a keep-away character. Her main gimmick is "The Sky Knights' Blessings" where if she has a full bar of super meter, after being beaten up and pinned, Tomoka will have a "second chance" where she comes back up with only 1/3 of her health recovered.
-Tomoka is a middleweight character. She is an impressive grappler and a decent melee combatant, however her mobility is mediocre.

- "Rio Momose! 23 years old! Don't worry, gentlemen. The main event has finally arrived! I bet none of you other girls expected a sexy woman like myself to get in the ring, eh? Well, I may be a pretty face, but I'll just remind you right now, I'll still knock your teeth in and make you run home to mama! So, who the f**k is next!?"
- Rio's moveset revolves around multiple grapples that keep her opponents close. Her special ability is "Fall for Me" which allows her to enchant her opponent and thus crippling them by preventing them from using their meter for a limited time.
-Rio is a middle-heavyweight character who has excellent grapples and mobility, but is sub-par at melee.

(A blessing that I've covered two in one day.)

I like both Tomoka and Rio, but the latter's outfit is much simpler comparing to the other characters'.

Rio's outfit reminds me of Blue Mary for some reason.

I was actually thinking about Blue Mary multiple times when coloring Rio! It REALLY didn't help that I was coloring her to Blue Mary's theme from KOF 97 in the background, so........ Oops.  ^-^;
