- Sayoko's story in CLIMAX!! is that she got accepted into a Pro Wrestling gig. Knowing that Pro Wrestling is mainly a sort of performance, she decides to bring her acting ability to the ring as best as she can. And she hams it up BEAUTIFULLY! In fact, many consider her to be a true pro wrestler due to her over-the-top performance. Her partner, Emily Stewart, fears that Sayoko might be overdoing it just a bit, but has fun alongside her regardless. "All of you are punk ass bitches! NOT A SINGLE ONE OF YOU PUSSIES ARE READY FOR SAYOKO MANIA!!!!!!!!!!!"
- Sayoko's moveset has her imitating multiple famous pro wrestlers (primarily Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson and Stone Cold Steve Austin) as she adds her own "Sayoko Spice" to it. Her main element is fire as it is used for almost all of her attacks. "AHAHAHAHAHAHA! FEEL THE BURN!?"
- Sayoko is a middleweight character with great melee combat, decent at grappling, has some very damaging moves, and has some of, if not THE, highest HP in the game, given her Hot Blooded Determinator personality. "I'm sorry, was that a hit? YOU HIT LIKE A LITTLE BITCH! MY GRANDMA CAN THROW A PUNCH BETTER THAN YOU!"

(It's great to be back! ^_^! I had SO much fun with Sayoko, especially with the info I got about her thanks to the Million Live thread. All those lines in quotation marks are all examples of the pure hamminess that is Pro Wrestler Sayoko. I hope you enjoy her as much as I did designing her. Emily is coming soon.)

Yes, I know her pose here resembles EX Iori's from King of Fighters XIII. It was done to match with Sayoko's art.

- In CLIMAX!!, Emily was also invited to the JWSF. She decided to pair up with Sayoko as both were not able to find another partner for themselves. Like Sayoko, Emily knows she's in pro wrestling, so she decides to ham it up as well, though not nearly to the extent of Sayoko. While Sayoko is bold and brash, Emily is elegant and likes to show off in the ring. "Your measly grapples cannot even REMOTELY compare to my physical finesse!"
- Emily's moveset has similar inspirations to Sayoko's, however Emily borrows from many Japanese pro wrestlers while Sayoko borrows from many American pro wrestlers, given Emily's adoration for Japan. Emily even draws some inspiration from Sumo Wrestling as well. Emily, like Sayoko, is attributed to a certain element, Emily preferring ice over fire. "You're too tense. Stay cool!"
- Emily has low HP, but makes up for it with decent hand to hand and some great grappling moves. "My toss......IS MY TRUE POWER!"

- Kirari's moveset uses her suize to her advantage. She takes multiple cues from Andre the Giant and Big Van Vader.
- Kirari is a heavyweight character whose excellent at grapples, decent at melee, but is rather slow. She makes up for it by having the highest HP in the game alongside Sayoko.

- "Nya~! Miku Maekawa! 15 years old! Miku's here to win the Nyan Nyan Championship and-huh? Wrestling? EH!?!? YOU MEAN PEOPLE HAVE TO BEAT MIKU UP!? MIKU AIN'T LETTING THAT HAPPEN, NYA~!"
- Miku is a pure speed character. Her grapples are mediocre, but her melee is fantastic, being able to pull out long strings of combos with her super-fast melee attacks and great reach.
- Miku is a light/middleweight character. She's pretty fast and hits multiple times, but her damage output isn't too strong and her HP is on the lower side.

And with that, all Cinderella Girls representatives in Wrestle for You have been revealed! Though I'm not finished with these characters just yet. I have quite a few of them that I feel the need to redraw in addition to a few "what if" characters that you might be seeing in the future. Now to get to work on Million Live and Original Characters.

More revisions. This time for the two referees turned wrestlers, Anastasia from Cinderella Girls and Shiho Kitazawa from Million Live!.



Anastasia, Anya for short. 15 years old. Mama is Japanese, Papa is Russian. I was shown and told that this "professional wrestling" is a common source of enjoyment here and since my company is taking part in it, I decided to join. From now on, please refer to me as "The Blue Cyclone". Oh wait, that's too similar to something else? черт (Damn)....... Hmm? "The Stargazing Slavic Slammer"? A bit wordy, but I will take it.



Shiho Kitazawa. 14 years old. I'd much rather go about the ring alone, but if a partner is required, I suppose I can make an exception. 765Pro asked for me to be a referee at first, but then decided I should be a wrestler. While the outfit was a turn-off for me, I realized that professional wrestlers commonly wear rather revealing clothing, so I dealt with it. Now get inside this ring and GROVEL BEFORE ME, YA DAMN LOSERS! AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA! *ahem* Sorry. Went a little bit into character there. Producer tells me to save it for the ring.

Now for something interesting: Scrapped Characters.

This is where I show off designs for characters that I, at some point, considered adding to the roster but was cut due to various circumstances. First up, Riina Tada from Cinderella Girls.



Reason for Scrapping: The roster got too large. Otherwise, Riina would have easily made it to the roster. Mainly due to being an A-List Cinderella Girls character, being one of 14 main characters in the anime, and officially being paired up with Mio Honda in the Cinderella Party radio show.

Had she not been scrapped: Mio would have had a different partner or even an actual rival.  She could have had a bit of a rock star motif to her moveset.

Special Notes: Her costume was previously shown in my fan art thread and I even mentioned the possibility of Riina being in Wrestle for You. As it stands, she didn't quite make the cut, but she will get her chance someday.

Nice shape. Though, you still haven't fix your waist-hip and eye problems... Basically, the way it's drawn looks like the girls have really narrow bottoms and looked super-samey with palette/body swaps. =V

The eye problem might still be there, but I am trying my best to actually show off different eyes for everyone and try to stay as close to canon as possible. I guess the problem could be that some characters just look too much alike. The hips, yeah that's still an issue.

The select screen itself takes cues from Super Smash Bros. for 3DS and the overall structure was influenced by Mortal Kombat Armageddon. This was not an easy task, as I had to do multiple resizings, croppings, and keep everything consistent. And I'm still not even done yet. Also, this was not done on Photoshop, I used Microsoft Picture Manager and Microsoft Paint for this.
