-Uzuki's story has her join the JWSF because she does not want to be overshadowed and wants to get in the ring herself, even though she has very little experience.
-Uzuki is a rather balanced character with a standard moveset that balances out melee and grappling techniques.
-Uzuki is an extreme example of Jack-of-All-Stats as she is average in literally EVERY category. Strength, Defense, HP, Speed, you name it. Uzuki is another character who is perfect for beginners.

(Uzuki came out FANTASTIC! Her outfit looks amazing on her and her face came out so adorable. Especially with the blushing on her face. Thank you, Prismacolor Colorless Blender. Anyway, you might be asking why Uzuki sounds fairly uninteresting as a playable character. Well, when it comes to Uzuki, that's the name of the game. She's a generic teenage girl in the idol industry. And ya know what? That's part of her charm. I dunno why, but Uzuki's plainness just works well for her and she's still a likeable character, even if nothing really stands out about her. Or maybe she's so generic that THAT is, ironically enough, what helps her stand out. :P)

Hey guys! Want a good laugh? Well, here ya go! Here are the (fairly crappy and outdated) prototype designs for Wrestle for You! YAAAAAAAY!......

Let's begin. (WARNING! Massive Image Dump)


Miki/Yukiho. Originally, I was gonna pair these two together, but I realized "This makes no sense". Also, this picture was not centered at all. BLEH!


Iori/Azusa. I still do like this one, if only because of Iori's evil expression and I always love Iori's costume. Maybe that's why I draw it so much.


Takane/Hibiki. HEY! THAT'S NOT NICE, HIBIKI! I did this only because I wanted to emphasize that these two are the villains of the story. I do prefer this Hibiki only because I ACTUALLY GOT THE COLORING OF THE SKIN RIGHT!


Ami/Mami. These two are definitely showing more skin here than in their final designs. I covered them up remembering that these two are still kids in comparison to everybody else and I did not feel right about that. :/


Ritsuko/Makoto. Again, this team makes no sense! What was I on that night? Anyway, only major differences are Ritsuko wearing pants with a different top design and Makoto is missing a scarf. So no majesty for Grace. :(


Haruka/Chihaya. Chihaya has T-Rex arms in my eyes. They're so tiny!


Kotori/Yayoi. Kotori was, like the twins, showing a lot more skin in this image compared to the final product. Also, Yayoi's frog insignia was removed because it looked really stupid and out of place. :P


Ai/Eri. I am ashamed to look at this because of how bad Eri turned out. I'M SO SORRY! 3X! Oh, and Ai looks bad too here. :(


Kanako/Airi. Kanako has not changed at all from this prototype to the final design, but Airi has sure went through a change with a different (and superior) bikini design as well as better anatomy. Seriously, her figure is literally an hourglass here! What went wrong!?


Mayu/Shizuku. I actually still really like this one. In fact, I think Shizuku came out better here than in her profile pic. It's the face.


Uzuki/Mio. WAY to plain in terms of both of them. Yes, Uzuki's picture came out too plain. This presents a problem.

Rin Shibuya
Age: 15
Height: 165cm
Weight: 44kg
Birthday: August 10th
Blood Type: B
Three Sizes: 80-56-81
Alignment: Tweener

-Rin's story has her join the JWSF as a bet with her friend, Nao Kamiya, to see if she can become champion at Pro Wrestling.
-Rin's moveset is a combination of wrestling, karate, and some shotoclone moves, similar to Haruka and Chihaya, but with her own spin on things.
-Rin is a balanced character who promotes offensive play more than she does defensive play. As in, Rin shines more when she's attacking rather than preventing the opponent from attacking.

(That wraps up the New Generation trio. Rin came out really well and I love the serious look that I gave her. Just seems to fit her well, don't it?  ;D)

Ranko Kanzaki
Age: 14
Height: 156cm

Alignment: Heel

-Ranko's story has her enter the JWSF as her way of showing her gratitude to the darkness and proving herself to be its ultimate warrior. At least, that's what she says, anyway.
-Ranko is another unique character. See that glow in her hand? She has a character unique attribute called "Darkness Stands" where she summons a dark being similar to the Stand System from Capcom's JoJo's Bizarre Adventure fighting games and the Stand is used to assist her in attacks. However, the stand is there for a limited time and will disappear once the Stand Gauge is depleted and it must charge back up after a while. She also uses the Stand for some special moves.
-Ranko is a fairly decent character by herself as she excels at speed and mobility, but needs some work with strength and defense. However, her Stand more than makes up for her lack of defensive options on her own as well as giving her some great range to cover.

(Ranko was VERY fun to draw! I adore how she came out! Also, the demon wings on her back are just part of the costume. Or maybe she could have some moves where she flies? Perhaps? Also, the sweat is to indicate how much of her power the stand takes from her. Also, Ranko and Rin are the only characters on the same default team with different alignments.)
