Another small update made. I decided to change Kotone's song to Real from Dream C Club.
1. The lyrics kind of remind me of Kotone having to put up with all those lies she gets the men she knows.
2. Ironically enough, Kotone and Mian share VAs (Kei Shindou)!

New ending added! Sakura's Collapse!

This ending occurs if you get the Absolute Worst Ending with Sakura as your leader. After Yamato has taken over ZetaPro and declared himself the producer, he ousts Kenji from ZetaPro. A heartbroken Sakura tries her best to reach out to him, but Yamato has his agents restrain her as she helplessly and tearfully watches her best friend leave the office for good. To further add to her pain, Yamato's updated guidelines for ZetaPro's idols force Sakura to cut off all access with Kenji--phone number, home address, email address, etc. Sakura speaks out to Yamato, telling him she just can't put up with having to be separated from Kenji like that just to focus on being an idol. Realizing she won't be easily swayed, Yamato decides to play his trump card and give her "special" restrictions. Not only is Sakura forbidden from even talking to Kenji, she will be assigned to a different school close to the ZetaPro building in order to keep her away from Kenji. Yamato does have friends in high places...if she is caught with or speaking to Kenji (even mentioning his name) or even thinks about abandoning ZetaPro, he will destroy her public image and make a laughing stock out of her just like he did Kenji. Sakura now pretty much belongs to Yamato.

Sakura is so depressed that she falls into a mental breakdown. As time goes by, she feels as though she can't do anything without Kenji. She's often stuck in her bedroom, has frequent crying spells, stops going to school, and sometimes refuses to eat. It gets so bad that she attempts to commit suicide, but is quickly stopped by her mother and is immediately sent to an insane asylum. Sakura's mother calls Kenji and angrily blames him for ruining her daughter. Kenji was already depressed as is, but fearing he really did ruin his best friend causes him to fall into a state of withdrawl. He can never show his face in public again...

Once you start a new game, it is revealed that these events, too, proved to be just Kenji's imagination running wild. Relieved, Kenji heads for the office once again.

OK, now you're just trying to depress me. XD

Don't worry, there's plenty of happy and comedic moments to mix in with the heavy drama.

............. Well......... Let's hope this is nearly impossible to get.

I plan to make NAZO's difficulty in the IU Finals akin to a Pokemon champion battle (Jupiter and Project Fairy are at Elite 4 levels). As long as Kenji's unit has strong and balanced stats, a good level, high tension, badges to provide big-scoring combos, and high Support Ranks, you'll be fine as long as you're not sloppy with your beats/appeal selection. If Kenji's level is high enough (that's right, the producer can also level up...plus his EXP carries over through every Story Mode played), you might even be able to really mop the floor with NAZO.

In Hyper difficulty, though...their difficulty rises to a "SNK Boss Syndrome" level.

Still, you're more likely to just get a plain ol' Bad Ending if your unit isn't too strong or if you just haven't managed them well enough.

I sure hope so. Either way, I REALLY don't want to get this ending.

This is something I've been thinking about adding and describing for a while now:

Vs. Mode!

In this mode, similar to Office Mode in SP, you can set up a free Audition or Festival against the CPU or online.

You can select a solo idol, a trio, or even a quintet to perform (however, like in iM@S2, some songs will not be selectable if you go with a quintet).
You can play as ZetaPro's original 17 idols to start off, but you can unlock more idols by completing events in Story Mode. For example, once you defeat Kuroi's unit (Chiyo, Hotaru, and Karen) or the freelance idols (Setsuna, Kotone, and Kaori), you can play as them right away in Vs. Mode but you will have to finish your current story in order to play as them in Story Mode. You can even unlock idols from 765Pro and 876Pro (by completing their Special Festivals) and combine idols from all three companies to create an all-star unit! So a trio like Haruka + Ai + Sakura is possible!

If you are playing with a unit, team chemistry becomes a bit of a factor, though not as much as it does in Story Mode. Idols who get along with each other well get a stat boost. Likewise, their stats will drop a bit if they're not too fond of each other. This is to add a bit of a challenge when using units rather than performing solo.

As usual, before you go out and perform, you select an outfit/accessories (badges are not allowed in Vs. Mode) and a song from any you have bought/unlocked so far.

Up to six (minimum of two) users can play an online Audition (since it plays like it did in iM@S1) but only two users can play an online Festival. Gameplay is the same as always, just with human opponents.

If you don't want to go online and just hone your skills or get comfortable with a song you want to use, you can decide to face randomly-determined CPU opponents in either Normal or Hyper difficulty.

If you wish, your scores can be posted on online ranking boards. Each list is sorted by song.

DLC can allow you to play as 573Pro's idols as well as perform their songs--Shinkai Shoujou (for Erisa), Miracle Paint (for Rika), Sweet Devil (for Yoshiko), and Nekomimi Switch (for Koneko).

I like the idea of having a versus mode. It's nice to be able to just kinda play around for fun without having to worry about not getting the Absolute Worst Ending. :P

I'm really sorry. :( I got tied up-slash-distracted the last two weeks and I'm really kicking myself over it. Writers block just plain bites. :P

I think I got an idea now. I'll do a rundown on each character's paths in Story Mode and make that a top priority. Question now is...whose paths should I do first?

Could you do Emi's and Jin's routes first, please? I'm in a sunny mood. :D 8)

Come to think of it, "Sex and violence" by Halko Momoi would be a great song for Emi:

I honestly really want to see Nagisa, Setsuna, and Shiori. And I actually really like Mai too.
Haha, not only is that a lot, but none of them match up with who Liza wants.

Remember, she's only 10. ;) I originally selected "Oh! Mama Go To" seeing how it's cute, loli, and allows Emi to work her silly improv magic:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fp9gTHhfLew

When she's performing it solo, she will mix in a few elements from Setsu's drunk version of the song (though not literally drunk).

Could you do Emi's and Jin's routes first, please?

I think you meant Jun. ;)

Thanks for the ideas.
So far, for these girls, I already have completely planned out their paths:

Sakura
Miku
Asuka
Jun
Megumi
Nozomi
Mai
Reika
Yoshino
Karen
Setsuna
Kaori

For these girls, I have a good idea, but want to build on it:

Momoko
Hikari
Nagisa
Hinata
Chiyo
Kotone

These girls' paths are still up in the air:

Shiori
Emi
Hotaru
Ryoko
Tamaki

Any suggestions?

EDIT: Almost forgot to add Ryoko and Tamaki to the list. Just did.
