I think that the im@s girls didn't quite replicate angela's style. But if they did, they would probably sound strange. I wonder which versions would sound better after repeated listenings. I predict angela's.

Honestly, I'm not a huge fan of angela's voice, just because it's a bit too...vibrato-y for my tastes.
But, frankly, her voice matches her style of songs better than that of the idols. So while I'm not a huge fan of her voice, I like her versions of the songs better.

Does that make any sense? XD

No one can sing better than Chihaya except Chihaya! ;)
As for Atsuko's voice and style of singing, I think she often sings in a too crazy way. So I like idols' versions of the songs better.

I beg to differ. My personal top favorite singers places Nagi Yanagi at the top, followed by Hiromi Hirata, Eri Kitamura, and THEN Asami Imai.

Chihaya has a gorgeous voice, though. :3

What do you think of Mayu Watanabe? Her lovely voice reminds me of Yukari Tamura's, but Mayuyu sings better. 8)

Her voice does kinda remind me of Yukari Tamura's, but higher and less "thick". I like it. I just listened to her for the first time, I don't tend to listen to "popular" artists like AKB48. :)

Tomo Sakurai is one of the best singers ever. The characters with a "Kisaragi" last name just CANNOT sing badly. 8)

Last Monday Yukachi rang Kitaeri up during her program, so it was a collaboration between Iguchi Yuka no MOON and Kitamura Eri no ROYAL x RADIO! 8) Someone even made a video with both screens together! Those are some fabulous videos. X3

I feel like a lot of the Masters were compete opposites of their idol counterparts--the Makotos, the Chihayas, the Amis, the Ritsukos, even the Azusas! But they fit together well. As evidenced by Doppelgangers!. Not that anyone but you and me know what that is. XD
