Being the end of 2nd Vision, I wonder if they'll bother to give 876Pro some 2nd Vision re-designs. Probably not, but that sure would have been nice.

Yeah... Some updates in their costumes would've been cool, but at least they're keeping up with them. They've even got "skills" like the 765PRO idols in this game.

Dearly Stars is classified as a 2nd Vision project though

While I don't think they would redesign them for this game in terms of physical appearances, updated costumes WOULD be cool. Guess we can wait until 3rd Vision for actual redesigns....... If they're even gonna be IN 3rd Vision.

I think the only one that needs a makeover is Ryou because that hairstyle needs to go.

I'm glad they're reusing the assets tbh? It means they can focus more on implementing new costumes and game mechanics and whatnot without having to redo the graphics.

Odd, I'm kind of on the inverse for Ryo. I see him potentially changing the least. Maybe give him SOME more masculine features? Like how 2nd Vision gave Makoto longer hair and a slightly curvier figure, perhaps give Ryo a slightly broader figure, but not so much that he would look 100% man-ish.

I don't mind them reusing assets for THIS game. It's still 2nd Vision so seeing a long of reused material from 2 makes sense. Now if, say, 3rd Vision were to reuse assets from 2 and One For All, that would just be screaming lazy, imo.

A round up of the second video:

First they show the cost (money) and benefit (fans, money and experience, in this order at the bottom) of the various actions you can do. They were shown in this order: Promotion (free to cheap), audition (free), live (expensive) and festival (free). It doesn't look like they changed a lot from im@s 2. The main differences i'v seen so far are the bonus for a certain appeal during auditions (as seen in the first video), and that a festival rival's burst doesn't prevent you from using your appeals anymore.

Next up, lessons: The text doesn't reveal more than the screenshots. It doesn't explain the breath bar for example, it just says you need to pay attention. For the dance lesson the buttons to press and the rhythm must be correct. The visual lesson seems to have changed completely, and honestly i'm happy about it, they were a pain in im@s 2.

In the rank up festival you need to win twice. Additionally, the rivals burst's are associated with a skill. Looks like Ai drastically lowers the scroe you get during appeals while her burst is active. And since Miki bursts right at the beginning of the second song it seems you can carry over the burst gauge. After 2 victories the leader idol gets a rank up.

A rank up improves various abilities (it's not mentioned what kind of abilities) and a special communication that shows new sides of the idol.

The next video will be about producer rank ups an the half yearly all stars live with all 13 members.

I hope this post is of any interest to anyone :p

*Checks box* Huh. So it is.

My point stands, though.

Speaking of rivals, do you think is Jupiter going make an appearance? If they do, I really want to see both theirs and 876PRO's casual and training wear. The only one who's gotten a modeled casual so far is Touma, so it's quite overdue for 876PRO. It'd be pretty nice to see 876's training wear again, as well as see iM@S's take on boy jerseys.

Given the fact that Jupiter is recurring in terms of supplementary material and they pretty much got their own game recently, it wouldn't be a surprise for them to come back. I just hope that they don't do what Shiny Festa did and consider them part of 961Pro again despite having defected in 2.

more stuff on One for All from famitsu.

http://www.famitsu.com/news/201403/28050675.html

just from what i see and can read.

It possible to produce up to 5 idols now? At this point if i think that if you do well enough every idol can be produced in a single run.

The lesson detail we've more or less seen in the preview video.

Communating with the idols to increase appeal for stages (aka what we have already in imas2)

Shop. nothing more to say about it. We could have expected that anyway.

Also more details on Skills. Skills obtained thru the skillboard, and to unlock to skill you need a certain rank in Visual, Vocal or Dance.
Im just guessing right now, but i think every idol have a different skillboard.

I have a feeling that skills will be the new amulet charms.

A tie in to 315PRO would be very nice... Especially since Side M is down till summer.

By the way Happy April Fools!
