Regarding Kaede, if you look at her cards she's shaded a lot differently than the other girls. Her cheeks and lips are a lot more emphasized.
I think Anzu made the worst transition to 3D though.

Yes, that gets to my point. CG's art style, despite having Dofuu attached to it, is drastically different from typical iM@S, so the transition into 3D models is going to look weirder than, say, ML.
I will say that Rin and Mio look really good in the transition to 3D, imo.

IMO, none of the characters thus far have looked strange to me, even Kaede looks great.

Kaede indeed looks different compared to the other girls, so I feel like this really came through in her 3D version.
