Regular edition is 8200 yen, and the limited is a whooping 12400 yen, with tax on top.

Keep an eye on the Platinum Stars page for store specials. Me personally, I wouldn't preorder until I know what stores are giving what.

Looks like there's no Drama CD this time.  That's unfortunate.

I'm hoping that I could save some money preordering from Amazon JP.  But, it's not up yet, so I'll have to wait and see.

Oh, that's right.  I think you mentioned in the past that you weren't interested in getting a PS4 until Platinum Stars comes out. 


But, yeah.  It was a little earlier than I expected too.  But, I think it might be convenient for me since I don't like getting games too close to each other.

Not quite, i said Platinum Stars is the first PS4 exclusive game that i want to play, so far no PS4 (and/or XBox 180) exclusive game has been released that i'd play before a bunch of other games in my backlog.
Although by now Star Ocean 5 has been announced and it will be released before Platinum Stars, im@s will still be the first game i play on PS4 though.

Ah, I see.  That's what you meant.  I probably didn't word it very well.  Sorry, about that. 

In any case, I'll greatly appreciate it if the others or you will be able to provide us some pointers when the game comes out.  Since I always ask for help with these games.

I use that term because they made so many 180° turns in their opinions, promises and statements up to the release of the console (and even past the promised release date since there were several countries where they suddenly decided to release it months later than the promised date)

I'm also surprised at the release date.

I'll most likely be getting the LE again. Kind of disappointed they stuck a lisani CD in there instead of a drama CD like last time.

The set doesn't seem too different from the OFA one (still has the calendar and booklet and original costume code), they just replaced the posters with some smaller images instead.

Note that the PS4 theme comes with all first run editions, not just the LE.

Hoping we'll get better info on the game at the nico intro event later this month. Also the article mentioned something about the site updating on 4/14 as well.
