Okay, now the idea makes more sense. The fact that you have a set method of getting the costumes lets me breathe a sigh of relief that at least that won't be a random drop reward. It's essentially an event for a limited time where if you clear it, you get the reward without question. Still not a fan of the limited time aspect, but knowing the costume isn't a random drop alleviates it slightly. Although it says "After you download it", does this mean the game automatically updates to dd in the event or do you have to physically go to the PSN store to download the event onto the game? If it's the latter, that sounds like a complicated hurdle for something that should be so simple.

But isn't the accessories you get after the DL lives random?

The accessories are random, but the costume itself isn't.

This is actually pretty sad. I also liked Punkish Gothic a lot. I guess this is a hint that none of the old costumes will return. Bye to my dear Beyond the Stars...

Very good question, given how some aesthetic items were locked behind a JP account in iM@S2.
