That's true, but one of the things that caught my eye is how even the default costumes all are the same. The previous outfits still were different per idol while fitting the overall theme and color scheme.
I do like the new song though, reminds me a lot of Machiuke prince. I hope someone will make a compilation video with all the "AISHITERU ZE"s after release.
Also if you compare the preview images from the official site there's definitely noticable lighting changes reflected on the idols (compare Azusa in white light to Iori in pink light)

You can probably guess what's going on (a similar promotion happened in OfA) and of course for crazy people like me (apparently) I'll need some help what's required, as well as an escrow to handle what's required.

This might have been discussed already, but just out of curiosity, how do they explain Ritsuko being an idol again? Does Platinum Stars take place before or after iDOLM@STER 2? Or is it just some type of slightly-altered reality?
Sorry if this was already touched on and I just didn't see it.
