Pretty much nothing.
I think this is about everything: all 13 765pro idols are in there, the stage gameplay is closer to a normal rhythm game, it's another parallel universe where they start from the bottom, the idols are in a traning camp that looks a lot like the one from the movie and graphics and such have improved (obviously, it's on PS4).
And the release date.

Not too much, but we'll know more by the end of the month as they'll be introducing the game at a panel at Nico Nico Chou Kaigi
