It's most likely a new trailer since the last one was said to be exclusive to the live. The TGS trailers tend to be longer based on past events. (SP's was 3 minutes, and you know how iM@S 2 went)

The one from 10th was extremely brief, but I would assume it might be something like a lengthened version of it.
