1. Yeah, seeing how they're both voiced by Asami Imai. I actually watched some playthroughs of Kami Jigen Idol Neptune and actually noticed she has more of a Chihaya-esque voice upon transforming into Black Heart on stage.
2. I've heard about that on the Neptunia wiki, never thought they'd actually reference it in the anime (or even in one of the games). I haven't watched K-ON! yet, but I really want to soon.

I haven't seen the whole series (I don't have a Hulu account, and therefore can't watch it "legally"), but from what I've seen, I enjoy it.

Funimation has the whole series subbed on their website. You need an account due to needing to be 17 years or older to watch it, but its completely free.
