You make that all from scratch? It looks like the shirt could've been modded, but the skirt and tie look like they were from the ground up.

... And I'm sorry, I can't actually tell if that's a pocket, or a strip of cloth where the pocket should be. The shirt's pretty white. ^^

Yes all from scratch even the blouse!
The strip is just a strip because most feminine shirts have fake pockets anyway.
