At the video game panel she spoke some lines in English with pretty good pronunciation then said in Japanese something like "That's all the English I know so I'm going to start speaking Japanese now."
I think she just memorized some lines in English but can't really speak it.

Here's a transcript of her Q&A from Friday night (I wasn't there).

For her favourite idolM@STER song, she sang it both on Friday and Saturday. It was pretty fun with everyone singing along with her, at least on Saturday. Here it is (I'm not entirely sure how serious this is. Maybe it's just her default answer.):

The person managing the lines let me know that Eriko's was already closed because there were too many people. Unfortunately, I had to turn away, autograph free. The other two lines weren't even half as long.

Ugh, that's pretty harsh, but yeah... lines do fill up in advance at times. Sometimes at cons, they'll be more signings that aren't listed, though - I remember missing a chance to get a CD signed because I didn't know someone randomly decided to get a booth in the dealer's room and start both selling the CD and signing them. Luckily they were there the next day. I almost missed my chance.

it looked like there was very few people left because i was the last to be in line for autograph and a pic :x

the pic, it was a collection of cards i had for a while, i didn't buy those from the convention.

One of the things we talked about is how at least one group of people from Japan came all the way just to see her, which we thought was kind of funny considering how they can go to all of the events in Japan, including concerts. That's a lesson in dedication for everyone. From what I could tell, the Japanese people spoke English quite well.

Hahaha that person might have been either me or my friend. xD
