I've been wanting to try it but my money's been going to getting Im@s merchandise.

Keep an eye on Sega. They're pushing for an English release of the newest game on PS3. That would be a good entry point, because the newest one is fantastic, and a western release will be cheaper.

Hey there... and you are right! They are going all out this time round (Mikunopolis must have played a part in this...); Sega is now asking players to like and share this link (https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=10151538674841796&set=a.133608051795.134727.28248536795&type=1&theater) if they want a Western release.

Let's see how they fare up to Bemani/Konami (so far, arcade releases are not very good but their iOS apps are doing well I hear...). As for NBGI? Their Taiko games did not do well unfortunately ...and I think localizing iM@S might be a bad idea considering how the main appeal of the franchise (not just a music game anymore!) is actually the seiyuus (I reckon)
