And for Elena/Kotoha, Elena appears in the background of a few of Kotoha's cards.
Kotoha/Megumi gets the most screen time since they were in Burning Girl together, but there's still interaction with the others. I'm not super familiar with the girls as much as I'm familiar with other MLs, so maybe someone else could say more about them?

I know the earlier chapters of the ML manga were more Kotoha/Elena based since Megumi doesn't show up at all until around Chapter 16.
What's notable is that all three have never had a sing together. Kotoha and Megumi have two group songs to their names together yet Elena is never with them. Even in LTD 06 which features Kotoha and Elena in the same album, they're not singing a duet together.

But really, you know Tristar's a sad state of affairs when people have to vote in Megumi's manga appearance. My only real hope at this point is an actual Million Live anime, mostly because in Cinderella Girls you saw unconventional trios have an actual presence. A tease more than anything.
Barring that? God continues to weep for these girls.
