I'm not entirely sure it works still- since I did this roughly 10 months ago.

I'm pretty sure I remember the steps correctly though.

1. Change your Gree region back to US.
2. Confirm your account using your normal phone number.
3. Enter the code sent by Gree.
3. Connect to a JP VPN to change your region back to Japan
4. You're done!

If you're the spending type, I think confirming makes it harder to buy points, but I'm not honestly sure. (because I don't spend)

Will it still work if I am in Canada? And where do you go to confirm your phone number on the gree website? O.O

It doesn't actually matter if you live in the U.S.
All that matters is that you can receive the phone call.

I'd test it out right now, but I don't have much time at the moment.
It also seems that I can't seem to access my settings or my page on gree site,
which you need to in order to change your country- not sure if vpn bypasses this.

It seems like it's gotten a bit harder, I'll dig in a little later to see.

After doing a bit of digging I found a problem-there isn't a way to switch your country anymore (it only has japan as the country)
I believe this coincides with the English version of the gree site and app being shut down a few months ago.

Gree also blocks accessing your profile and settings if you don't have a Japanese IP.

So I believe my former method is invalid now- I don't think it's possible to confirm your account anymore.

yeah it's very irritating ;3; can't accses my main as i had a jp and a en and the app is even looged on my en nya, tried my normal vpn which is tsunagarumon but have no been able to get it to work

Because I was able to access my profile if I logged in with a vpn- and my account is verified.

i think unverified, i can kinda get into it by going backwards but tsunagarumon won't respond at all ono not sure what other vpn is good

lucky i never logged on gree on my ipod so i can play it in the app from there but hates i cant get it to work on my iphone ono

I used an app called tunnelbear, though it limits your usage to 2gb per month. (you shouldn't need to use a vpn constantly though)

Do you use the ML app or the gree app?
I use the ML app and it works perfectly fine.
Or use the vpn and log onto ML from your mobile browser and bookmark the home page. Should work.

Really though Reika hasn't had a non-God-tier song yet, so I'm not surprised that Cake is so good (considering the tone is way more Reika than Shiho).

IIRC, Reika is actually considered one of 765's top singers in-universe alongside Chihaya, Azusa, and Takane.
