This is hilarious.
2000 will be at the Winter Wonder Festival next month (10 February). Online orders available starting late June, though off the top of my head, 3500 isn't that odd for a new Figma. Could be wrong, but shipping'll nail you no matter what you do, unless you're actually in Japan.
Who knows, you might find it at a con sometime in summer, that might save you a bit as opposed to getting it shipped to the States yourself. Kinda a crapshoot, though.
