You're suppose to buy a Japanese PSN Card to put money into your Japanese PSN Account which uses Yen. A place to buy is to go to www.play-asia.com buy a Japanese PSN Card. However, they DON'T ship the card to you. Instead they will send you an e-mail with the code. You type that code in your Japanese PSN Account to put Yen into it.

They usually deliver code via e-mail within the day if purchased before 9PM Eastern Time. They don't take more than few days.
