It is because there aren't any provided.

Due to practical considerations (and mostly the fact that file host services do not like hosting files that big without making you pay for it) there's no real way (short of getting someone to pay for the service month in and month out) of providing the files to the general public, at least in a general repository form.

The first request, for example, had to be dropped on a 4shared account, which cannot be accessed without an account. The 15GB max thing also means that there's an upper cap.

We in theory COULD, but then there's significant risk of the files disappearing, and we get the same problem all over again anyway, with files disappearing and what have you.

I keep archives of course, but the problem always is the fact that upload is about 70% of the work.

Wow, thank you for finish my request but... I don't understand what you mean by delivery location. I'm a little stupid at this point so please tell me how to give you the details of my location. Sorry about that but still thank you anyways.

Basically, I need to know how to get the files to you. The files are 500MB each, so you'll need to tell me where the files will go.

Depending on preference, you may use an upload service, but it needs to take very large files (4shared works, but you need to PM me account details) or have some other method.
