Looks like they are going to release all the songs from Shiny Festa. Song for DLC 12 and 13 confirms that. :)
Considering they've done the graphics to take videos of for the PSP game, they probably don't want it to go to waste.

I suspect they will release these eventually after the G4U disks sell out. Also because they were in Shiny Festa.
