For me the YouTube link works, and the Nico link says it can be only viewed in the area where it was uploaded.

Yeah, I scratched the thing off letting people know it works, though I should have just removed the text entirely.
Anyways, I just realized that tomorrow's episode will have Chihya.
Now I'm getting all excited for tomorrow. Sucks that I don't have internet at home though.
