Just wanted to say thank you for everyone's response. In the end I bought the AVerMedia capture card since it seemed to be quite easy to set up and most cost effective.

The quality of the recordings can be found below:
Marionette no Kokoro - Miki, Hibiki, Makoto - Slightly enhanced with video editor program
Kosmos, Cosmos - Yukiho, Hibiki - No editing
