Well, this seems like a really fun place now. Hopefully, I'll try to be active as best as I can then.

Now I'm a bit curious on how many people on this forum have an MSN account, because that's where I usually talk to people.

I actually thought it was Ika Musume (Squid Girl). Maybe it's Chihaya with textures that look like Ika Musume? For some reason I can't log into NicoVideo, so I can't watch the MAD.

It's definitely at least an Ika Musume parody. If you look at her "hair", you can see the arrow-tipped tentacle thingy.
