I think these are the correct romanisations:

Haruka   -->   "Harurun"
Yukiho    -->   "Yukipyon"
Yayoi      -->   "Yayoicchi"
Iori         -->   "Iorin"
Chihaya  -->   "Chihaya-oneechan"
Makoto   -->   "Makochin"
Azusa     -->   "Azusa-oneechan"
Ritsuko   -->   "Ricchan"
Miki         -->   "Mikimiki"
Takane   -->   "Ohimechin"
Kotori     -->   "Piyo-chan"

I have one question, how "Piyo-chan" is related to Kotori-san?

ピヨ (piyo) is an onomatopoeia for a chirping sound like something a small bird would make, and 小鳥 (kotori) means "small bird".

"Ohime-sama" is how you formally address a lady of noble birth, and I think "chin" is just slang for "chan".

So perhaps Ami and Mami thought it funny to use the very formal ohime together with the very informal chin.

Ooh... At first, I felt weird calling her with "chin".

=_=
I take it you thought it quite literally when you called her that.

on the note of their nicknames, what do we think Hibiki's might be, since it was never stated in game (or was it)?

http://www.arondight.jp/imasss/callnames.htm

boxes highlighted in grey are what the character calls themself

chart of what characters call each other
they changed their nickname from chi-chan to chihaya-oneechan because chihaya was uncomfortable with that nickname due to obvious reasons.

Also, -chin is somewhat of a slang for -chan but its originally used with calling babies, instead of -kun or -chan they use -chin.

ami mami have met hibiki but never talked to her, hence the reason why she doesnt have a nickname

I meant what do we think they WOULD nickname Hibiki, since obviously they'll be talking to her a little bit more now. xD

And as a not-really-related-note, is it just me or does the trainer sprite for the twins in HeartGold/SoulSilver look like Ami & Mami?

I know it's less cutesy than what the twins usually pick for nicknames, but maybe they'd call her HBK?
