I've seen a lot of twins, but Ami and Mami are the cutest in my opinion.

By the by, noticed this small detail just the other day, but with iM@S costumes, there have always been lots of variety in the costumes but the footwear remains the same with every idol. Looks like Ami and Mami broke this trend:

I never actually paid attention and thought the tall part was a sock, but it looks like they switched a boot with each other (the boot on Mami's left leg is the same as the one on Ami's right), whereas the rest of the idols just have the normal ones (a la Mami's right).
Not a mindblowing detail, but a nice one, I think :)

Also, as the twins have separate hobbies...what is "eko" (Ami's hobby)? By googling it, all I got was ecology or economy.

I think that is what it means...but it seems sort of random. I guess we'll just have to see if it stands out in the game.
