Can you change idol lineup order before song?

Yes. In story mode, you can change the idol's position right before the audition, live and fes.

I watched the video and you are right.

It is really strange, I am pretty sure I have never gotten that option, not once during story mode.

Do you have to set a option in the main menu in order for it to allow you to change members?

I have never gotten that choice, any idea why?

Changing the positioning is only available on a second game or later.
