hopefully the Shiny Festa localization will cause both of the dolls to be available via US lottery this time.

Last time, if you wanted the im@s DD you had to go through the international lottery and of course you have to pay international shipping.

Confirmed today that these girls will not be available in the North American lottery.
Still hope for international though.
