I'll be waiting over here with my Wii, watching Namco and Nintendo in their little slap fight and dream of Katamari and iDOLM@STER.

I rather be playing than waiting y'know? :D

Same reaction as iDOLM@STER 2.
"Why no Ps3 version even though I have an xbox?" -> Months later Ps3 release.

Has anyone gotten their save to go across different versions?

No. I've gotten Honey Sound (Harmonic Score) and Groovy Tune (Melodic Disc) and there is no carryover. Fans don't transfer and for the six songs associated with all versions, high scores don't transfer either.

well, for the psp there is some carry over. the unlocked character cards which give you extra points during SoF are shared. And iirc the cash and unlocked items are as well.
No idea about the iPhone version though.

That's what I had meant. Between iPhone versions there is no carryover. The iPhone regards them as separate apps in that regard.
On another note, I wonder if we'll see The World is All One as DLC on the iPhone version.

I have a question about the backstage pass stuff. That's closed already, right? How did you get the DLC song? Was it a code or was there a download?

In other words, can I still get it from an external source or is there no longer any way to get that particular DLC? I've got a first-print copy of Honey Sound coming in just a little too late (I think?).

According to my backstage pass cards, the code on them to redeem for the PSN code expires on 2012/3/31. So unfortunately, you're SOL for using the actual pass code. Feel free to try the unused PSN code I've PMed though.

It's a worth a try though, I've had codes that expired years prior that still worked somehow.

Thanks, was just curious. I know some games have gone the direct DL route for DLC offered on the web (Killzone Liberation), so I wasn't sure if the backstage pass offered that or a PSN code. Wanted to check.

Definitely closed. So is the Cinderella Girls card redemption, unfortunately.

The site for the backstage pass is still up but if you try to log in and redeem your code, you get a page that says that the promotion is over.

Still not low enough for me to bite on an altered iOS port, but a nice gesture. Too bad it isn't more... permanent.

It should at least be somewhere in Europe if the sale is for a French expo. Not sure where you are, though.

Of course, you could always just make an American account, buy iTunes codes digitally so they get emailed to you (I dunno, Amazon or some other site should do this), and then download them if you really wanted. You can have apps from multiple accounts on an iOS device. I have some JP store apps like THE iDOLM@STER MOBiLE i on mine.

I didn't know they had separate stores for America and Europe because I thought when the rumored copyright stuff was floating around it was for a European release as well.

At any rate, I still think it's too expensive for what it is
