Wow that's cheap. I have issues with taking UMDs out of their cases and I have issues with putting stickers on my PSP but I might get it so I can stick them elsewhere.

So in other words, I go make a Lalabit account, then input the Shiny Festa code and then use the PSN code from this in a Japanese PSN account?

PS: I do believe that the Backstage Pass also allow you to purchase exclusive goods, but seeing how the codes will expire by end of this month... :X

Thanks man, this is the best I got so far (from one of the posts here); it is asking me to input my name in Japanese characters and its pronunciation. Also, it is asking me to use a Japanese address...

If you know how to write your name in katakana that works.
There should be a prefecture with 外 first. Pick that and set your zip code to 7 0s.

It's not a real prefecture. Just some forms let you say you don't live in Japan.
That kanji means outside . ^^
What I usually do is write my name in romajii and then katakana for pronunciation if necessary.

Err what I meant was that you cannot select that from the drop-down box they gave you for that section
