I just noticed that he was using an item. That one basically makes it so that if you hit a note, it's perfect. Simple achievement made simpler.

Due to the fact that I notice things sometimes, I noticed something in the Visionary video. Near the beginning, there's a shot of Mami and Hibiki in the plane, and their hair is being blown toward the middle. The next shot shows Iori and Ami, and their hair is also being blown toward the middle, which would mean that the wind is somehow blowing in two directions at once.
