More details about the music/rhythm game Idolmaster Shiny Festa come from Famitsu which announced the "Star of Festa" mode. This five day event is locked until you get enough fans and improve your idol rank.

 

Each day in Star of Festa mode has three songs to play. The third stage is an idol battle where you’ll have to perform live against 876 Productions, 961 Productions, and Cinderella Girls (from a social Idolmaster game). Beat the rival idols and you get a business card as a reward. Star of Festa mode takes place over five days where votes are cast on who is the best idol group.

 

Idolmaster Shiny Festa is actually three separate titles – Idolmaster Shiny Festa: Funky Note, Idolmaster Shiny Festa: Honey Sound, and Idolmaster Shiny Festa: Groovy Tune. All three games come out on October 25.

More seriously... All three?! And now, the Cinderella Girls?! Maybe we'll finally get dances and models for the girls with CD's? (And, also possible, other girls from future CD's in the form of DLC...) Or of the other 876 songs, like Hanamaru, Himitsu no Sangoshou, and Crossword (Also Happeace)? Or the CD image songs for Jupiter? And more?

I am now more excited for the game than ever before.

I had the money to buy two of the three games, but I've spent it on a 3DS. I having second thoughts on getting these games. If it's like Project Diva, it just gets boring for me right away since you really don't do anything. If it's like K-ON!, it would be playing it for a long time. The OVAs are nice, but those a guranteed that they will be subbed and release.
