That's the japanese version, as you can see there's a japanese flag under the title. ;) At this time there's still no word on an asian version.

They sell both Asian and Japanese, as well as PAL-territory and North American games. The item's page will indicate which one it is.

You download some application from the Japanese Playstation Network and run it with the UMD in it.
