I'm afraid the chances are very slim. In Shiny Festa there will be some aniM@S clips and you know... aniM@S songs weren't available for the asian version of iM@S2. :(

Actually, only the DLCs weren't released. READY!! was on the disc, so there still is a chance for an Asian release. Expect for that version to get the shaft though.

I got the Asian Version of iM@S 2 for the PS3 and it's exactly the same as the JP version with the same content. You simply can't download most of the DLC songs from the Asian PSN. You can download them from the JP PSN and it will work on the Asian version of the game. I know this because I have almost all the DLC songs on my Asian copy running.
So if there is a Asian release of these games, the content on the game should be exactly the same for either version.
