There's at least 2 speeds of naito.

For native Japanese ないと there can sometimes be a slight pause/delay, example: "anata ga ikanai~to dame desu."
For the English loanword ナイト "knight" or "night" it's usually the same fast speed with no delay: naito

If you say it the Japanese way it can sound like naitou 内藤, a not uncommon Japanese family name, in other words an actual name, as in "Big Brother Naitou".

To make it sound foreign, the delay should be completely eliminated, making "Brother Knight".

Anyway I only wrote that because somebody else already asked what kind of martial arts you do and couldn't think of anything to write. Welcome to the forums.
