Running an iM@S RP, might need help brainstorming

So, I'm running an iM@S RP on another site, though am trying to figure out how I should go about operating certain things. In particular, how I should go about with lessons and pacing.

I'm really stuck on lessons in particular, and how I should go about them.

Vocal lessons were basically everyone going through runs of the song they're singing while the trainer (or in your case, trainers) correct any flaws.

Dance is all of them going through the dance routine several times and trainers correcting them.

Dunno how visual would go...making poses at the right time?

As for your RP, interesting that there's a lot of people not from Japan and that it's co-ed.

I'll try to help as best as I can, though.

Visual is all about making the right facial expressions to go with the music. Expressing yourself as if the song is really about yourself.

I've been thinking about the possibility of an iM@S RP for a long time and I gotta say I am really really interested, but you've got no details! Who can join? What's the goal? Who are we RPing? Is it through text or cosplaying? What's the plot?

I'd really like to hear more of this and contribute as much as I can.
