there is only one thing i know i haven't tried and that's to call sony help center but i just think it's too stupid whit that

Have you tried unplugging your modem for a few minutes, then replugging it?
Also, just resetting your connection in the PS3, like deleting it, re-setting it up. Are you wi-fi or wired? Maybe you are just having connection issues.

Like for example "710102" do you get anything like that? Maybe not those exact numbers,but anything like it.

You shouldn't do that.
I think It's actually in the terms somewhere that you're not allowed to create accounts for different regions.
So if you get someone strict on the line,there's a chance that they'll suspend your account.
You live in Denmark,right?
I don't think think the chance that someone on the EU PSN will be able to help you is very big.
