Try buying it straight from the PSN store and not through the game.
I'm not trying to be mean, but I think it's rude to ask some of our hardworking members to just give away their DLC for free.
Try dling the free DLC to see if it works.

Is it that it's not showing up in-game? If so,it's because you didn't download the catalog. :x

I just downloaded one of the Kyun! Vampire girl accessories this morning.
Sometimes the in-game store doesn't work well so I always go through the PSN store.
