i have tried buy stuff from the Japanese and there is always an error and i really hate it , do anyone let me use your's account to get the stuff, i would really be happy for that

Try buying it straight from the PSN store and not through the game.
I'm not trying to be mean, but I think it's rude to ask some of our hardworking members to just give away their DLC for free.
Try dling the free DLC to see if it works.

I just downloaded one of the Kyun! Vampire girl accessories this morning.
Sometimes the in-game store doesn't work well so I always go through the PSN store.

But, yeah... Like animagic4u said, check if you have the cash and space... Also, if you can manage to give us the error number that would help a lot. Also you could try just resetting your internet connection and seeing if that fixes it.
