YF-23 Black Widow II -Uzuki Shimamura-
Idolm@ster Cinderella Girls, Uzuki Shimamura Aircraft. After years of intense research and selection, it has emerge from the shadows making its combat debut. Its first flight signals the starting point for this aircraft in becoming the top of the line and rivals to many of the well known challengers. Uzuki Shimamura is under your care to show everyone how capable she can perform in battle.
During the Advanced Tactical Fighter program or ATF program in 1990, the YF-23 was lost to the Lockheed YF-22 which later became the F-22 Raptor. Many years laters, the airforce needed more firepower to accomplish their mission more quickly and effectively since the enemy has improved their anti-air defense system and their air power. To reduce the cost of designing an entirely new aircraft from scratch, the government and the airforce had proposed a project to Northrop Grumman in order to restore YF-23 Black Widow II prototype. The project was called "Necromancy" project. Northrop Grumman made a third YF-23 prototype and named it PAV-3. PAV-3 is an improved version of the two prototypes that were made during ATF program and it has an up-to-date technology. Although it's classified, it is believed to be on par with Lockheed Martin's F-22 and F-35 techs and it has General Electric F-120 engine. The YF-23's design gives better stealth and speed but somehow lacks maneuverability. Because of its engine and design, YF-23 performs better at high altitude than most aircraft. Eventually, The YF-23 became part of the airforce arsenal and is in production.
