My mom has been making this for as long as I can remember. I thought it was a staple in every Filipino household. I guess I really wouldn't know, though, because I've only been to the Philippines a handful of times. I was born in the US and I've only ever traveled internationally for at most a couple weeks at a time.

Yup, that's correct.

Relleno is stuffed meat, and it can also put on bangus (milkfish), chicken, or eggplant. My research is boomed somehow when it comes to Philippine cuisine. Boy, I miss eating relleno.  :P

Oh yeah. I miss eating those since the town fiesta in my hometown, and I missed the taste.

BTW, mom's cooked up some afritada (chicken or pork with potatoes cooked in tomato sauce) earlier. And it's good.

Bought some more Japanese Music CDs as I had points I need to spend and the USD/Yen exchange rates got better thanks to Shinzo Abe getting elected as Japanese Prime Minister...

Nice choice of CDs!
I still need to catch up with Nana's album.
Also, Harami's 2nd Single will be release on March 27, 2012! I'm looking forward to it!
