--- Quote from: nyachan on March 16, 2013, 04:08:06 am ---I've been here since last week of January and will be here until mid July. I'm mostly around Tsuru-shi, Yamanashi-ken (where my school is), but on occasion I go out to various places outside of there. I went during the first weekend of march with some friends from here to Tokyo Sky Tree, the Tokyo PokeCen and a bit of Akiba. Last weekend I went because Junichi Masuda was going to be at the Tokyo PokeCen to collect donations for Tohoku and I wanted to meet him in-person and such. I only really went to the PokeCen and Namco's Nakano store/arcade that time though. I thought about not stopping by Namco's store, but the Nakano station is on the Chuo line (the one I have to take home) so I caved and went. Plus, it made the 3000JYP of train tickets a bit more worth it lol. I'm thinking of going out after my Japanese language final this week to Shibuya to be a bit of a touristy little shit and look at the places that TWEWY used as basis and such (as well as yet another pokecen and namco nakano trip lol).

I'm going to be really poor when I leave

Until mid-July, eh? You could totally fit in a trip to Mount Fuji just before you leave... that is, if you're into that kinda thing (oh, the pain). If you came with your winter clothes, all the better. Looks like there's a Puchimas museum at Akiba Gamers from today until 7 April as well. Don't know if you follow the Google+ page, that's where I heard of it.

Either way, if you go someplace that's cool, historical or fandom-related or whatever it happens to be, be sure to let us know! I'm always interested in that sort of stuff.

That museum seems more like a store to me. I can't read kanji, but considering how many things had prices on them it seems that only a few things are part of the "museum" and the rest is just merchandise.

Either way, it's still awesome. Too bad we don't get stuff like that here in North America.

My score when I hit the arcades earlier today. New personal best~ (and that's without infinite combo knowledge) :3

Well, it's IN a store (Gamers) so... lol

I did actually go to it! It is like 70% store and 30% museum. Picture time~~

Happy Birthday Yayoi display on the 26th at Kotobukiya! I drew something for it and stuck it up on the board too! (and quickly took a picture of the general area with it: click~, can you find mine? :P)

Here's the pictures I took at the Puchimas museum: Post #1, Post #2, and Post #3! Also, my imas goodies from the trip: one more link~.

I also did pokemon, TWEWY, and disney related stuff that day. I went to shibuya, saw Sugar Rush (Wreck-It Ralph), and yet another pokecen trip (i had to get my event pokemon gosh darnit). Spent a lot of time in the Club Sega arcade playing Project Diva Arcade too. It's too fun, I wish there was a machine back home I could play ;w;

Bought some notable items over the past month or so.

More images here. (Dropbox Mirror) Now I'm pretty much broke.
