Aren't they garagekit/assembly model kit? Cause if they are, then there's no way we could obtain one; and even if I do, I couldn't paint it.
On the other hand, if they are finished figures, then I'll get that Mami as well! XD
Negative of painting: matching colors to look official
Positive of painting: if you're not picky for things to look completely official, you can paint it whatever color you want! XD

I'd rather buy a pre-painted, myself, but I wouldn't mind getting a garagekit figure just to try it out XD I didn't read 'garagekit' in the original post, but it'd still be okay with me XDD

Didn't know that getting a GK outside of Japan's clasified as 'no way to obtain one' these days :0

Cause here is what I've heard.

The only way we are ever to get any of that is if we go to the conventions ourselves, have someone from there to get it for us, or when they put this up for online auction.
garage kits're always made in (extremely) limited quantities.

I also actually want to buy the garage kit as well. Does anyone know the good place to buy?

Me too, I have strong passion to try painting as long as she is Mami! XD

Oh! They have great details with their fashioned clothes. The figure somehow looks even better than those with stage costume. :D

I like the clothes and hair, but there's something off about Chihaya's face...

Like the figures of Chihaya and Mami.

I like the clothes and hair, but there's something off about Chihaya's face...

Maybe it's her expression?

Her expression is kind of embarrassed in the original illustration, and that might be why? They didn't put a whole lot of blush on the figurine's face...

I've heard of these kinds of figurines... painting them sounds really hard. Might be fun, though.
