I've been playing on my american version, and have gotten most trophies on it. I was wondering if there was any way at all to get those DLC items that are only available through the trophies. :<

I don't know if I understand.
By the by though, you can get the DLC on another account and it will work with your main account.
I tried this by downloading the Japanese freebies on a seperate account and then switching to my main Asian account.

You need to unlock the trophies/achievements on the account that you buy DLCs on. They are purchased through the in-game catalogs.

There is the horns, the arm bands, a wool neck thingie, and some leg warmer thing.
It's in each catalog for free.
