If by "this", you mean "the idols pregnant", then you might have a proper reaction when I say that people already have drawn them as pregnant. Most likely 'betrayal'. I know there were some on dA, but I can't find them anymore. Well, there's always Pixiv and the boorus.

Sorry I haven't replied to this topic again, but the thing is that I don't care for pregnant girls outside of anime. Also, I guess what happened Thursday and yesterday is I went on a sort of "binge" of looking at pics of pregnant anime girls, so maybe I overdid it this time. (I feel like such a perv. :-[ )
Sometimes at night (every night more recently), I tend to think about scenarios about pregnant anime girls and the fathers of their children (stuff like listening to the baby's heartbeat, kissing the girl's stomach, feeling the baby's movements and kicks, mostly sweet stuff). Other things pertaining to the topic include the girl getting ultrasounds and checkups and in very rare instances complications with the pregnancy that threaten the unborn baby's life.
I even recently thought up a basic concept for an anime called "Love Bundle", revolving around six girls and three boys in a Japanese high school, all but three of the girls in their senior year and nearing graduation. Later on, two of the older girls (neither being the main character) end up pregnant by their boyfriends, and the decisions both couples have to make as a result.
On another topic, I don't plan on ever making pics of pregnant anime girls myself and I still have "standards" when looking at such pics (although recently I've stepped over those "standards" a few times). I've got to cut back on looking at pics of pregnant anime girls before it consumes me.

Well the cardboard box only has four of them, but the Ami/Iori is pretty squicky if y'ask me.
Pixiv search should yield more.
